2 sisters,2 different lives pt.17-the return-

Once everyone was back in Domino city, they started to head to Yugi's place. Yami kept Britt close with the news they had. Joey and the others looked at them and seen how happy they were about the news. Yugi who was beside Yami was happy for them too but even he was shocked about the news.

“so what do you think your going to have Britt?” Tristan asked

“hm, I think it'll be a boy.” Britt said

“A boy, huh? How do ya know?” Joey asked

if only they knew that I am here. Our pharaoh does but none of your friends do. Brittania thought to Britt as she was beside Britt.

“Let's call it a theory.” Britt said to Answer Joey

Yami was surprised by how Britt was so certain but he wouldn't let it show how it surprised him. Yugi wondered too and he had started to realize that him and Britt were alike in one way kinda. He had Yami who was the pharaoh and she probably had her Queen counterpart with her telling her things that helped her understand a lot of her past.


Over in new domino city Bre was wanting to see her sister, be there with her during her pregnancy and meet her new nephew. She already knew her sister was having a boy and that made her want to get back even more. She just wished there was a way for her to come back and forth between her home time era and this one so she could still see her new friends.

Today she went with Jenna to look around for a few things. After getting her turbo licence she was all ready to do other things now. She still hadn't fully learned synchro dueling something she'd eventually have to teach her sister who would probably be confused.

“Hey look at this.” Jenna said pointing out a contest.

Bre looked at it to see what it was about, she seen there was a dueling contest going on and it was a team tournament. She saw that the prize was a time Dragon, something that made her feel it would be useful for her.

I bet that's the answer to my problem. Bre thought

“let's go back and tell the guys!” Bre said to Jenna who nod in agreement.

When they got back they told everyone that was there. It was teams of three allowed so they had enough people to form two teams.

“you want that time dragon, don't you?” Yusei asked Bre

“I think it'll help me get to my sister to see her. I need to something tells me if I don't I'll have to miss great things in her life.” Bre said

Yusei nod in understanding as he put a hand on her cheek. “alright then.” He said

Back in Domino city, Yami picked Britt up bridal style before they entered the game shop. It surprised Britt so much that she had to wrap her arms around his neck to feel safe. When they went in Mr. Motou was there doing inventory of everything when he saw the group come in.

“welcome home everyone.” He said

“Morning Grandpa.” Yami said still carrying Britt.
“Hi Mr. Motou, it's nice to see you.” Britt said

Eveyone else greeted Mr. Motou, Tea was letting her jealousy get the best of her as she saw Yami holding Britt in his arms.

Britt looked at Yami and she got up close to his ear.

“should we tell? Our friends already know. Why not Yugi's grandpa know too?” Britt whispered
“up to you my Queen.” Yami whispered to her.

Britt thought about it but she looked at Mr. Motou

“we actually have some news.” Britt said

“what would that be?” Mr. Motou said

“ My sister is gonna have a baby.” Nana said

“Nana! I wanted to be the one to tell.” Britt said

“tell what? That it's the Pharaohs baby.” Belle said

Britt blushed a little and layed her head on Yami's shoulder.  Mr. Motou was surprised about this news but he had suspected such things were to occur eventually. Yami looked at Britt who seemed to be relaxing.

“you ok Britt?” Yami asked

“mhm, just a little tired. That's all.” She told him

“Hey Pharaoh, she should rest. With everything she's been through it's for the best.” Joey said

Yami nod in agreement and he took Britt back to their living room and layed her down on the couch. Britt didn't want to rest but Yami insisted and eventually Britt gave in to laying there to sleep.

“I love you my Queen.” Yami said

Once Britt was asleep he let Yugi take over, Yugi looked at Britt's sleeping form. Many times he wondered why Yami had been attracted to Britt, now he knew why because of his past life Queen. Yugi still wanted to know more and he saw the bracelet. Carefully he touched it and there was a flash, he closed his eyes some.

When he moved it, he saw Yami by him and Yami didn't look very happy this time. He knew Yugi had touched the bracelet and that it put them inside there.

“You got curious, didn't you?” Yami said

“what are you hiding?!” Yugi asked

“My pharaoh isn't hiding anything.” A female voice said

Yugi and Yami looked in the direction of the voice, there they seen a girl who looked exactly like Britt but Yugi saw the markings below her eyes that symbolized Egyptian women back then. She walked toward them but walked past Yugi to Yami.

“I wasn't expecting you to come.” Brittania said

“neither was I.” Britt said as she rounded the corner. “Yugi, you touched the bracelet,didn't you?” Britt asked

“what's going on? Why do you both look alike?” Yugi asked

“She is my reincarnation. The one who carries my soul within her. Sadly I hold my form of the past but I'm a fragment of the past me.” Brittania said

“Do you remember your name?” Yugi asked

“She does.” Britt said to Yugi

“then what is it?” Yugi asked wanting to know

“No one is gonna know.” Brittania and Britt said

“why?” Yami asked

“Britt is what you called me in the past. Only fitting it is what I am called now.” Brittania said

Britt walked away from the group as she was drawn to a door. She wondered why and as she opened the door she was shocked to see a glimpse of the past. Yami noticed it and he ran over to her side and looked in. Yugi was curious so he tried to take a peak.

In the door was one of Britt's past memories, there was Brittania as Queen chasing a little boy that looked similar to Yami. Britt though noticed that the bangs on one side was brown like her hair but that hairstyle was Yami's.  The boy laughed and Brittania did too, what surprised Britt though was when the past version of Yami came into the memory and caught the boy.

“my Queen, the prince shouldn't be running around. He should be studying.” past Yami said

“forgive me, my king but a little fun in between of studies is not a bad thing.” Brittania said

Yami's past self smirked a little as he pulled her close and kissed her cheek. Past Britt blushed a littlehe  and tried hard to not show it when it was trying to show.

“that is why you're my Queen. You have different views of my own.” He told her

the view after that blurred for it was only a fragment of memory. Yami was surprised but now he was more certain about their baby going to be a boy.

“Enough now, you must go.” Brittania said to Yami and Yugi.

There was a slight flash and Yugi was out of the bracelet, though Britt was asleep still. Yami was beside him watching her sleep.

“She's really something.” Yami said

“Britt's always been strong. Even before she met you Yami.” Yugi said


What none of them new was there was a girl from new jersey coming to town in soul purpose of meeting Britt.
